Details about the submission of abstracts

The conference will host talk sessions and a poster session, every registered participant can submit an abstract for:

• A contributed talk (limited number)
• The poster session held Tuesday 19th evening.

Submission process

As a reminder, accepted abstracts with unpaid registration fees for the deadline will be removed from the schedule; please don't forget to register here.

Abstract templates

The abstract (English only) must follow one of these templates:

• LaTeX Template
• ODT Template
• DOC Template

Abstract submission

You abstract must be sent by email to this address only.
Deadline for abstract submission : 15 March 2018 30 March 2018.
Last notifications of acceptance will be sent the 09 April 2018.

Themed issue

A themed issue of the international journal ESAIM: Proceedings and Surveys (www.esaim-proc.org) will be published on mathematical modelling linked to all the themes of the conference. A contribution article to this issue can be either directly related to the conference presentation/poster or can be based on some other interesting work in the given field.
